Path of Exile is a Diablo-like free-to-play game that relies purely on cosmetic micro-transactions to sustain development. Today, Grinding Gear Games announced that a new content update called Bestiary will be available on PC on March 2, 2018. And an Xbox One version will be released in about a week later.
Path of Exile: Bestiary adds the Bestiary Challenge League, in which players compete to hunt and capture hundreds of the most dangerous animals in the world. That's not all though, players can choose to sacrifice their prey to create powerful items. There are about 250 regular beasts and 40 legendary beasts to capture. Performing the ritual of "Sacrifice by Combat at the Blood Altar" provides you with even more powerful equipment through dozens of powerful recipes.
In addition to the even greater challenges, the extension adds new gems which behave a bit like active and passive skills. Changing existing ones and discovering new combinations fundamentally alters your attacks. While other role-playing games require you to swap out skills, Path of Exile requires you to swap out gems.
Aggressive post-launch support is one of the main reasons why Path of Exile is so popular even to today. According to the developers, the successful launches on Xbox One and in China have more than doubled the player community since August 2017. Over 3.5 million players have experienced the game's The Fall of Oriath expansion.
If you have not played the Path of Exile, be sure to have a try. It even supports native 4K 60 FPS visuals on Xbox One X. And you can get cheap PoE Currency on our site buypoecurrency.com.
